BharatBenz 1923 is an 18 Ton Tipper Truck powered by the all-new OM 926 engine. The new engine has a 6-cylinder arrangement based on SCR technology resulting in superior performance. The peak torque of 850 Nm generated at 1200-1600 rpm is perfect for mining operations.
The truck has been limited to a top speed of 60kmph to accommodate a maximum gradability of 38%. The truck has been designed to carry up to 18500 kg. The 180-l fuel tank with an additional 43-l tank for AdBlue aids the BharatBenz 1923 to cover more distance without frequent refueling.
